- Is there a contract? No, it is month to month, cancel anytime. You subscription will end at the end of your monthly payment with no further payment due.
- Is there training? Yes, please check the weekly live training class calendar. We also have a video knowledge base available 24-7.
- What about support? We offer weekly training and online video knowledge base. Live support is at a rate of $100 and hour billed in 15 minute increments with a 15 minute minimum. Because it is WordPress anyone can work on it. We don’t have to. Please report bugs those will be fixed by us. The other option is just to go with our support plan that is billed monthly. Many find this is the best option.
- Does support time bank with the upgraded support plan? No it does not. Must be used monthly.
- We agree to treat everyone with respect and compassion.
- The Agent agrees to train themselves and be responsible for their participation.
- What is included with my website? View the theme. What you see is what you get. View Theme
- How long does it take to get my site? Instantly. You need to change your DNS to point at our server. Instructions will be sent as soon as you sign up.
- Who does your hosting? We have our own dedicated hosting on Amazon AWS. It’s backs and is very secure.
- Can I host my site on my own hosting? No, the IDX only works on our platform. This may change in the future.
- Please make sure to use only photos that you own on your site. WaheWeb is not responsible for unauthorized image and copywright use.
- How do I cancel my account? Just send an email to waheweb@gmail.com. It’s that easy.
